How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. To calculate your exact shipping charges:
- Add items to your cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Enter your mailing address.
The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs. Shipping fees are based on the size, weight, and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items may incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
All our products are made to order and printed on demand, so they go through a production process, resulting in a Handling Time.
- Production Processing Time: 3 – 5 days* (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.
- Shipping: The Standard Shipping for most apparel items is:
- $4.95 for one item shipped domestically.
- $9 for one item shipped internationally.
- If you order more than one item, you’ll still only pay $4.95 for each additional item shipped domestically and $9 for each additional item shipped internationally.
- Estimated Delivery: 7 – 14 days* (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.

How long would it take for my order to be shipped?
As we are a print-on-demand company, it takes 3-5 business days to process the products. Customers, please allow us several days depending on the product type you ordered. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products.
What carriers will my order be shipped with?
We ship our domestic orders with USPS and DHL, depending on the recipient’s address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness. It could take 7-14 business days for delivery within the U.S. and 1-3 weeks for international orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes! We will send you a tracking number via email. In some cases, it can take up to 5 days to receive the tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on “Track Your Order” in the Main Menu.
If you don’t receive an email with the tracking number, please contact us before making a Chargeback, as emails may not always be sent automatically.
Where is my order?
To check the status of an order, please use the tracking number that we sent to your email. If you have ordered several items, they may be shipped out in separate packages, so you may receive them on different days. You will receive an email with a tracking number for each package sent. If you need further assistance tracking your order, contact us at T-Shirt Store with your order number.
When will my order ship out?
Orders usually ship within 7-14 days from the date the production process starts. Actual shipping times and delivery dates may vary depending on the local postal service in your area.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? Can it be expedited?
As we are a print-on-demand company, it takes 3-5 business days to process the products. Ninety-five percent of our orders are fulfilled within 3 business days for all products. Your order will arrive approximately 7-14 business days after it’s shipped. We use different shipping partners, but final delivery is usually via USPS, DHL, or OSM, depending on the recipient’s address to improve delivery speed and cost-effectiveness. For international shipping, please allow 1-3 weeks.
Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders at an additional cost, guaranteeing delivery in 1-3 business days. To check the estimated delivery date on your receipt or reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through various carriers.
Why can’t I choose fast shipping for my order?
Certain colors that are rare or always low in stock may require more time to process, so we cannot offer fast shipping for orders with these specific colors. If you wish to have your items delivered faster, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
My tracking number isn’t working.
Tracking numbers can take 2-4 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier may experience delays in updating their site or delivering an order. If the tracking number is still not working within 4 business days (per our processing time policy), please contact us at Guicce.com.
I haven’t received a shipment notification.
If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, as we may have an incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the name on the shipping information, your email, and any other relevant details.
How do you handle Customs/Duty Charges?
Customs and duty charges may be applicable depending on the country of origin, size, weight, and/or value of your order. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
My package is marked delivered, but I never received it.
If your package is marked delivered but you never received it, please follow these steps:
- Check around your home/apartment in case the postal carrier placed the package in an odd spot.
- Ask your neighbors, as they may have received your package by mistake.
- Reach out to your local post office for information regarding the package.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where is my order?
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. If you believe there is an error, contact us at email@example.com.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which means we will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason. Please review our refunds policy. We aim to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of this offer.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDERS?
We can only process cancellations for items within 12 hours and that have not gone into production. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details, and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun. Please note that a management and transaction fee (15% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.
Shipping to multiple locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
Customs charges and delays
Some countries may require import tax, duties, and customs fees for imports. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of your country. Paying these charges is your responsibility. There might also be delays in delivery times due to customs checks, which are out of our control.
